Job Purpose

The Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of operational analytics to support current and prospective customers. The role will analyze clinical, operational, and financial healthcare data sets to identify insights and trends, develop custom and standardized reports and client-facing deliverables, and present findings to client executives. The role will span across the customer lifecycle including opportunity assessments, clinical adoption, and outcomes measurements. The Analytics Manager will work across the organization, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product Management to meet objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete clinical, operational, and financial analyses to support current and prospective customers.
  • Determine key business-related questions and execute all aspects of supporting analyses, including data querying, data manipulation, and modeling.
  • Develop client-facing deliverables that highlight key insights and effectively visualize information
  • Present findings to client executives including physician, nursing, and business leadership.
  • Provide custom and standardized analytics reports for sales and account management.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in operational analytics for cross-functional partners.
  • Provide feedback to product management on enhancements to analytics products.


  • 5+ years healthcare consulting and analytics, data mining, and data modeling experience.
  • Experience writing T-SQL queries, stored procedures and function.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik and/or Excel.
  • Experience with applied statistics, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression and experience with tools such as R and Python.
  • Strong scripting and programming foundations.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new data structures.
  • Exposure to hospital discharge data set and knowledge of fundamental clinical and/or healthcare operations concepts desired
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Information Management/Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar.


  • 5+ years healthcare consulting and analytics, data mining, and data modeling experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; diplomatic, personable, and highly collaborative.
  • Strong presentation skills with abilities to articulate complex data sets/interactions in a simple and logical manner
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; high attention to detail and follow through.
  • Agile learner, with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities within a fast growing company
